The hotel is approximately two miles from Washington Dulles International Airport. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle transportation to and from Dulles Airport, the nearby Metrorail station, and select local destinations. The shuttle departs the hotel at the top and bottom of each hour. At Dulles Airport, the shuttle picks up passengers at Door 6 on the lower level, Curb 2-G. Guests should contact the hotel directly before traveling to confirm the current shuttle schedule and pickup procedures.

Reagan National Airport is an alternative airport for travelers attending the convention, but it is farther from the hotel than Washington Dulles International Airport. The hotel does not offer a shuttle to Reagan National. Travelers may use Metrorail, MetroAccess if eligible and authorized, taxi, rideshare, or a prearranged car service. Paratransit for Visitors
MetroAccess
MetroAccess is the Washington metropolitan region's shared-ride, door-to-door ADA paratransit service for people whose disabilities prevent them from using accessible fixed-route bus or rail service. Eligible attendees may use it between airports, rail stations, the hotel, and other destinations within the service area. Trips generally must begin and end within three-quarters of a mile of an eligible Metrobus or Metrorail route.
Visitors who are already approved for ADA paratransit in another community may request MetroAccess visitor status. Visitor service may be available for up to 21 days during a rolling 365-day period. WMATA recommends requesting visitor authorization well before arrival. Travelers should ask their home paratransit provider to send proof of eligibility.
