Washington Seminar

Thank you for your interest in participating in Democracy in Action at the 2026 Washington Seminar. We are excited you are considering attending Washington Seminar this year. All events are held at the Holiday Inn Capitol and we conduct our Congressional appointments in teams at the offices of our members of Congress. 

Dates

  • Monday, January 26: The Great Gathering In is a prep session and pep rally for Washington Seminar. The Great Gathering In begins at 5:00 PM. 
  • Tuesday, January 27 and Wednesday, January 28: We will conduct legislative appointments exclusively on Tuesday and Wednesday but will not conduct appointments on Thursday, January 29. 

If you wish to attend appointments on either Tuesday or Wednesday, we need you to sign up using the below online form. Use the Senate and House pages to locate your Senators and Representative. Or, you can call the US Capitol switchboard at: 202-224-3121.
