The NFB of Virginia State Convention brings together the largest gathering of blind and low vision students, parents, professionals, seniors, as well as their friends and families from across the state the weekend of October 22 - 25, 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport by IHGand sponsors can secure very competitive nightly rates when you mention NFBV upon calling to reserve your room.

Leverage one of our five sponsorship/exhibitor opportunities below to connect your product, service, or message with targeted consumers from across the state. Sponsorship of specific convention sessions or donations of door prizes are also available, and can be arranged by emailing the sponsorships teamat sponsorships@nfbv.org. Exhibit Hall Details

The exhibit hall will be open to attendees on Friday, Oct. 23 between 12pm-6pm ET, as well as Saturday, Oct. 24 between 12pm-4pm ET. Exhibitors will be allotted two hours for setup between 10am-12pm ET each day, and will need to have their areas cleared within one hour following the expo hall closure. Each Exhibitor will be provided with a 3’ x 6’ exhibit tabletop and two chairs. One (1) electrical outlet is available for $25 when requested on the Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration form. Sponsor must provide their own power strip. A heavy-duty extension cord is encouraged to ensure easy access to electricity.
