Auction Entries


Thank you for your interest in contributing to our 2020 NFB of Virginia Auction. This year all money collected will be distributed to our local chapters and divisions.

Through this form, we are gathering suggested auction items. The Action Auction team will review each item and determine if the item is appropriate for the auction. The Action Auction Team will determine which will be sold during a live auction and which will be sold through the online, silent auction. Both live and silent auction items will be listed on the 32 Auctions site. It is likely 80% of the items contributed to the auction will be sold via the online auction so your ability to provide a great description for your item and explain the benefits to the buyer is essential.

We hope to run the auction from October 1 and end on November 1. We need these forms submitted as soon as possible so that we may add items to the auction as soon as we get the information. Since many of the individuals reviewing auction items will not be able to review the picture, please provide a textual description of the item that will clearly describe the item.

As the individual donating this item, you will be responsible for safely mailing/shipping this item to the auction winner no later than November 10. You are expected to bear the cost of shipment. If you can convince your chapter or division to reimburse you for the expense of shipment, it is on you to work out with your chapter or division president. Since all items must be mailed/shipped directly to the winner, please factor that cost into your recommended item. You will be provided the details on the winner via email shortly after November 1.

All winners will be contacted by Sharon Soforenko shortly after the bidding ends. All winners must pay by debit or credit card. No cash or checks will be accepted.

It is essential that you send the item and provide the tracking number for the item to the winner so that they can track its arrival. If no tracking number is available, you still need to tell the winner when the item has been placed in the mail.

When filling out this form, please remember to fill out the chapter or division space because the money collected will go to that designated chapter or division.
